Immo-Connect and RealSmart are part of Open Real Estate Information Services, abbreviated to ORIS NV. ORIS NV is a software company that mainly specialises in applications for the real estate sector.
Documents can be signed digitally via our platform in cooperation with our partner Connective. It is the file manager of the office who use our applications and offer you these documents.
We will never ask you to provide passwords or personal codes directly. The secure signing platform does require you to identify yourself according to the chosen signing method. For the "eID" signing method, a pin code is required to identify yourself as the owner of the identity card you insert in your own card reader. In case of doubt, please contact the file manager at the office directly and not via the mail from "esignatures@immo-connect.be".
