Within the AML tool, there are two types of users, namely the office workers and the AML officers.

Every employee of an organization that uses the AML tool, is an office employee.

The office worker can:

  • Consult an overview of all contacts and transactions;
  • add a contact, identify it and determine its risk profile;
  • accept a contact;
  • create and complete a transaction;
  • calculate the risk profile of a transaction.

At least one AML officer must also be designated per office. The AML Officer has all the rights applicable to the office worker. In addition, the AML officer can also be appointed:

  • Follow up reports from office workers;
  • decide whether or not to make a report to the regulator.
