When entering a contact, the split is made between a personal contact or an organization. In the case of a personal contact, the following information, among others, must be entered:
- First name, surname, place and date of birth;
- address, house number, postal code and city;
- identification document of the contact;
- whether or not the contact was made by a third party;
- nationality;
- place of residence or domicile of the contact;

In the case of an organization, the following information, among others, must be supplemented:
- Company number;
- legal form;
- address;
- list of directors;
- identification documents containing the names and addresses of natural persons (directors or proxy holders) who may represent the company;
- whether or not the contact was made by a third party;
- nationality of the contact;
- domicile or place of business of the contact;
- whether the organization is listed on one of the recognized stock exchanges;
- trustee(s) of the organization;
- beneficiary or beneficiaries of the organization;
